8th ANNUAL GO 4 IT GRAPHICS CLASSIC
GIRLS FASTPITCH TOURNAMENT
12 AND UNDER CLASS “ B”
SITE: Perry Village Park, Lake Street, Perry, New York 14530. The tournament will use 4 separate
softball fields all within two hundred yards of each other. All fields will be grass infields.

DATE June 19 and 20 (weather permitting – no rain date scheduled)

Entry Fee: $280.00 Non-refundable. Make check or money orders to David J. Sylvester – Tournament Director.
FORMAT: Four games are guaranteed for all teams. Three round robin games on Saturday; 1 other game on Sunday which will be the first round of the playoffs. Teams will be seeded into a playoff bracket for Sunday morning based upon their play on Saturday. Playoff on Sunday will be a single game elimination. Seeding for Sunday will be based upon three game record from Saturday with the tiebreaker as follows; Runs scored against, Second, coin flip. Home teams decided in all round robin games by a coin flip. The playoff games will have the higher seeded team as home team. In order to keep the costs manageable, 1 umpire will be used for all games up to the quarterfinals. Two umpires will work all games from that point on. If a rain delay takes place all games on Saturday will be shortened to 5 innings with a one hour time limit.
DEADLINE: All entry forms, payment and a copy of certificate of insurance must be received prior to June 1,2010.
RULES: ASA Fastpitch rules will apply. No inning may start after 1 hour 30 minutes. We will use the NSA batting rule and substitution rule so as to allow more kids opportunities if the coaches choose.
ELIGIBILITY: Copies of birth certificates for proof of age must be available.
INSURANCE: Each team must have its own insurance coverage.
SCHEDULE: A schedule will be mailed out on June 6, 2010 or sooner if possible.
AWARDS: Awards will be provided for first place team by Go 4 It Graphics
CONCESSIONS: Concessions will be available at the game sites. A variety of restaurants, stores and convenience stores are near by.

An affordable tournament for b teams, good competition and good fun
