GM Sports/Homerun Softball Elite Players Training Clinic
Rochester, NY Sports Dome
November 18, 2007
Elite training softball camp is a one day camp involving collegiate
coaches from the region working the camp teaching and interacting with the players.
It is open to all players entering 9th grade through 12th. Below is a list of
schools that will be working the Elite training camp, and please check the website
for additional colleges added.

Rochester GM Sports/Homerun Softball Players Training Clinic
Featuring
Gerry Mauro- Clinician/Assistant Coach St. Joseph’s University PA
Gerry Mauro is an extremely successful speaker, clinician and teacher of the
game of fastpitch softball. His extensive travel and speaking schedule exhibits
the demand for his methods and techniques around the globe. He has coached at
the youth, high school and collegiate I levels. He achieved an ASA Gold National
Championship in 1999. Many of the teams that he has trained have used his methods
in winning their own national Championships and titles. He is currently a trainer
and consultant to international, collegiate and travel ball teams. His training
and products company, GM Sports, is respected for innovative and vanguard training
and products. He resides in New Port Beach, California.
Ronald Baum-Clinician
With 18 years of coaching experience with time at the college level Coach Baum
knows what it takes to play at the next level. Baum was the assistant coach
at the University at Albany (2002-2006) where they achieve back to back trips
to the NCAA tournament in 2005&2006. Before coming to Albany he was Head
Coach at Cazenovia College (1997-2000) and Clarion University (2000-2002), he
has recruited athletes from across the country to play at the next level. He
was the founder of the 18u Salt City Bombers out of Syracuse, NY and has coached
seven years of High School Ball. He is currently running Homerun Softball and
working with GM Sports and resides in Syracuse, NY.
